AskThousand is run by Cem Kuyumcu. This page explains what we collect when you use askthousand.com or email us, and what we do with it. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- What you send us. If you ask for a test, you send us a product link or product text and photos, plus your email address and anything else you write.
- Basic technical logs. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not sell personal data.
How we use it
- To run the simulated buyer test you asked for and email you the report.
- To reply to your messages.
- To improve our simulated buyers, using anonymous results only.
How long we keep it
Product text and photos you send for a test are deleted within 30 days. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of what we agreed. Anonymous test results may be kept.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, email routing), Google (email), and AI model providers that generate the simulated buyers' answers. They act on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop emailing you, at any time: [email protected]. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
